Mesti korang tertanya2 ape bendenye GEMS tu kan..ok, sebenarnya GEMS ni is Graduate Employability Management Scheme..memang best program ni...semalam aku dah pergi interview utk ikut program ni..alhamdulillah..klo takde halangan kami yg mengikuti interview semalam tu akan pergi berkursus selama 2 bulan stgh yg dibuat di Harvard Suasana Hotel tuk zon utara bagi batch yg ketiga.

Introduction for GEMS
Graduate Employability Management Scheme or (GEMS) is a government capacity building initiative to equip graduates with commercially useful skills and experiences that will enhance their employment opportunities. This scheme is part of the RM 7 billion stimulus package announced by Y.A.B. Dato' Sri Mohd Najib Tun Abdul Razak as part of programme to mobilise our human capital to support the country's economic growth.

GEMS has the mandate to train 12,000 graduates over a two (2) year period. The programme is based on an erlier Graduate Employability Enhancement (GREEN) Programme developed by Khazanah Nasional Berhad with the support of Government-Linked Companies (GLCs).

How The Programme Works?
The GEMS training programme is divided into two (2) parts with the first part consist of 2.5 month in-house training where the graduates will be given training to acquire skills and qualities taht will help improve their confidence, their ability to communicate, and to manage tasks and responsibilities that are important in their work life.

The programmes will be conducted simultaneously at several location in Kuala Lumpur, Johor Bahru, Sg. Petani, Kuantan, Kuching and Kota Kinabalu. This will be followed by a 6-month on-the-job training at various organisation and institutions including GLCs. This will provide valuable working experience and knowledge to support the participants future growth.

Terms & Conditions
1. Open to Malaysians who have graduated with a recognised Degree.
2. Obtained a minimum CGPA rating of 2.5 or its equivalent.
3. Applicants must be below 27 years old.
4. Applicants with academic qualifications higher than a Bachelors' Degree are not eligible to apply.
5. Applicants must be willing to undergo industrial training at participating organisations.

Programme Duration
8.5 months.

Programme Training
Successful candidates will undergo a 2.5 month classrom training followed by a 6 month on-the-job training at Government Linked Companies.

.: ok kwn2 kpd yg berminat tu, apply la..jgn buang masa anda..amik la peluang yg diberikan oleh kerajaan ni..untuk pengetahuan korang semua juga..bagi training 2.5 month tu akan diberi elaun RM750 sebulan dan makan, tmpt tinggal disediakan..then praktikal 6 bulan tu lak diberi elaun RM1000 sebulan tapi mkn and tmpt tinggal sendiri punya tau hehehe ok guys..tu jelah maklumat yg aku nak kongsi ngan korg semua:.
